There is nothing quite like a fall day. The cool crisp air, pumpkins in the fields, and playing in the leaves. The smile on your face can warm a chilly day.

This post is just a catch up on what we've been doing lately! Which isn't much but the pics of the kids are cute so it's not totally un-worth the post ;) Sorry it's not in order though!

My big boy at the park! He's getting SO huge! I can remember the first time he sat in the swing, he was so tiny!

Playing at the beach!

It was such a beautiful day!

The weather all week has really been gorgeous...sunny but a cool fall breeze to keep it nice!

LOVE this boy!

Sometimes I have to cage him in while we're outside though...he won't stay out of the road!

These next few pics are from Labor Day...we went up the coast to Cape Lookout and took the ferry over to the lighthouse, it was pretty fun!

The beach by the lighthouse was so nice!

seriously gorgeous :) especially with my beautiful fam! :)

Mark found a dead sea creature...lovely....

on the ferry ride we passed the island that has the wild horses on it, so cool!

Evelyn's 1st day of preschool! She's getting so big!!!

He thinks he's such a big boy too...he loves finding Evelyn's chairs
I LOVE this one Mark took at church! He's SO CUTE!

This girl refuses to take naps but sometimes she just can't help it :)

Enjoying the beautiful weather!

So that's basically what we've been up to...enjoying the weather and spending a lot of time outside, Evelyn has preschool 3 days a week and ballet/tap one day a week. Andrew is busy being a little boy and keeping me pretty entertained. Mark's been busy with work and I've been busy with the kiddos with a couple photography sessions here and there. Baby E is doing good, I'm finally feeling pretty much back to normal (I'm 17 weeks tomorrow) with a little bit of upset tummy here and there but nothing as bad as before. So everything is going pretty well! We've got some fun things planned for the next couple months so we'll be posting more later! :)

"The only thing that should surprise us is that there are still some things that can surprise us."

Well as most of you know....our little family is being blessed with a new little one! :)

This was quite a surprise for us and to be honest took me awhile to get used to the idea/have it sink in...just cuz it was such a BIG surprise, Mark was pretty shocked too :) But we know that God must have a reason for blessing us with another wee one and we are excited to meet him/her!

Originally I thought it all timed out to where I was due April 3. I had my first appt last week and the Dr. said that my uterus was measuring a little bigger than the 10 weeks I thought I was so I went back Friday morning and had an ultrasound to "date" me and it turns out I'm now bt 14 & 15 weeks! So that was kinda nice...got to skip ahead a couple weeks ;) This changes my due date to March 7th now. Either way the suckiest thing about it all is Mark is gonna miss the birth. He's leaving for training end-ish of January and leaving for his deployment mid/end February. So we're pretty bummed about that but there's not much we can do. I have a LOT of amazingly supportive, awesome friends here and wonderful fam who are gonna fly out and help so I know I'll be fine but it's still sucky :(

Anywho...so it seems like my pregnancies are fairly similar but with each one the symptoms are a little more prominent. With Andrew I was more tired, had a bit more upset stomach/indigestion, etc. and with this one they are even more... I've been SO tired with this one and my energy/motivation to do anything is completely shot....my stomach is constantly at wars with itself...I'll be STARVING but then it's sensitive on what I eat so I can't eat much or have as many options so then it's unsettled and it's hard to keep it at a happy balance. It's really driving me crazy! On the plus side of that though it's made me change up my eating habits...smaller meals more frequently which I know is better for you anyway :) and I am now 4 lbs or so from my "pre Andrew weight" which I was trying to get at...bad news is that won't last long! :) I was counting down the weeks til I was out of my first trimester before but now that I now that I'm "out" of it I'm kinda disappointed, I was hoping it would have subsided more by now! :(

We have told Evelyn although she hasn't talked about it too much. She of course, wants a sister, so we'll see if she gets her wish this time. She wants to name it Tangled too :) That's not gonna happen!

So yeah! I think that's pretty much all for now! Although, the ultrasound lady did say she was pretty sure she could tell what it was but I'm not allowed to say on here...Mark, for some reason has decided he doesn't want to know til it is born...don't know why but that's what he wants so I'm gonna try hard not to spoil it....although it's gonna be tough! So if anyone wants to know they're gonna have to call/text/facebook me! :) Although he doesn't have Facebook so I guess I could put it there but I'll decide on that later when I have the next more definitive ultrasound :)

“Laughter is timeless. Imagination has no age. And dreams are forever.” -Walt Disney-

I figured it was time to finish up our Orlando trip, a month and a half isn't too late right? haha! Anywho...things have gotten a bit busy/mostly distracted and I kinda forgot about it. Better late than never I suppose! Things aren't as fresh in my memory though so these will probably mostly be pictures.

So the rest of our trip we went to Disney! It was super fun and we all enjoyed it very much. Evelyn, of course, probably enjoyed it the most but Mark and I had fun watching her excitement! The first day we went to Epcot, it was kind of a relaxed/chill kinda day cuz there wasn't a lot of things we wanted to do there but it was still fun. Evelyn's main/favorite thing there was meeting Mary Poppins! She's really been loving that movie lately so she was super excited to get to meet her and Epcot was the only place that had her.

We also got to meet Mickey, Minnie, and Pluto...it was the first thing we came upon and the line was SUPER short so that was awesome. It was funny though because Evelyn was super excited to meet Minnie and Mickey but totally passed up Pluto...did not care about him at all! Andrew on the other hand loved him. He loved Mickey too :)

At Epcot! Doesn't Andrew look excited? :)

Playing peek a boo with Mickey! Super cute :)

He liked Pluto's nose :)

Mary Poppins is here! :)

We didn't do horribly much more at Epcot, just went on a couple rides and walked around. Evelyn enjoyed going on Soarin', which was pretty cool, but other than that we went back to the resort/hotel and just hung out! I think we were back to the hotel every night by 5 ,which was totally fine with me! We got to the parks at open every day, got done the things we wanted plus a little more and came back before the kids got too horribly tired. Plus the pools at the hotel were pretty awesome so we spent a lot of time playing in them. Gotta say I loved where we stayed, not too far from the parks (seriously only a mile from SeaWorld and only 15 minutes or so to Disney), the rooms were awesome...it was pretty much like a mini apartment...full kitchen, living/dining room/bathroom and separate bedroom. Definitely recommend staying at Marriott Vacation Clubs! :)

Evelyn loved going under water! She was pretty hilarious doing it though :)

but at least she can do it! I still have a hard time going under without plugging my nose :)

She's SO cute!

Love my little family!

ANYWHO....the second day we went to Hollywood Studios! Mostly because they have Disney Jr. there and Evelyn is a HUGE Disney Jr. fan. We saw the Disney Jr. Show, a Little Mermaid show, walked around and met some more characters!

Me and My girl at Disney Jr.!

She was so enthralled!

Meeting Jake!

The funny thing here is she did NOT want Donald in the picture!  hence the gap :)

We only stayed there half the day though and spent the other at Blizzard Beach! Our tickets were park hoppers between a park and a water park which was pretty cool. Evelyn had a lot of fun playing in the kid area and even went on a big water slide on a tube with me. I looove water slides!

Biggest bucket of ice cream! We could barely eat it! Andrew was not happy to wait as you can see :)

Evelyn was happy with eating Mickey ;)

The third day at Disney we went to the Magic Kingdom! Which of course was the most fun for everybody :) We got to go early because we had breakfast reservations at Cinderella's Castle, which was super fun! I loved going into the park early, there was hardly anybody there and it was cool to walk down Main Street pretty much by ourselves! And even cooler to go up to the Castle with hardly anyone there either! Breakfast was delicious and super cool to go inside. And we got to meet some princesses too, although Andrew didn't quite care for them :)

The Magic Kingdom!!!

She's such a girly girl!

Loves to twirl this one ;)

Meeting Cinderella!

Andrew was pretty excited about his sword

see? Andrew wasn't too thrilled with the princesses :)

yeah, no thanks! :)

After breakfast we made a beeline for the line to meet Merida! There was just a few people there and only had to wait like 10 minutes for her to show up so it was great! Merida was super cute and Evelyn looked super cute in her Merida dress with her :)

Merida!

We spent the rest of the day pretty much in Fantasyland. I LOOOVED the New Fantasyland part...they redid the Dumbo ride, which was fun, put in a new Ariel ride, which Evelyn LOVED, put in the Beasts castle where we had an AMAZING lunch...seriously SO GOOD! Then there was story time with Belle, which was super cute! Probably my new favorite thing they put in. Then Evelyn got to meet Daisy and Minnie (again :) but this time they had prettier costumes on so Evelyn loved that. And of course we rode the Teacups, which Andrew LOVED. He was so cute! He was a bit skeptical at first and then he was watching and listening to the other kids yelling and having fun and he started yelling too. It was SO cute! And the last thing we did that day was meet Tinker Bell! Which was the loooooongest line we had to deal with but Evelyn loves Tinker Bell right now, although her favorite fairy is really Rosetta but Rosetta wasn't there, which she was kinda bummed about.

Can you tell she was excited about the Ariel ride?

I loooved Belle's story time! It was an interactive one with Belle which was awesome!

Eating lunch at the Beast's castle!

Poor guy was in the stroller so much! Had to keep him entertained somehow!

He doesn't look too excited but he's really just yelling

We spent the morning of our last day at Disney at Typhoon Lagoon, the other water part, which was super fun. Then we went back to the hotel for a bit and then went back to Magic Kingdom for the night to try to catch some of the night celebrations. It was WAY more crowded going back at night though and was almost not worth it but we still got to ride some rides and saw the Electrical Parade. We were gonna stay for fireworks but it was just too crowded and we were all tired so we just went back.

Andrew riding Dumbo...he's a little unsure :)

at the parade! such a good boy staying up late :)

it was so crowded! but Evelyn at least had a good seat ;)

It was still fun though and a wonderful trip to Disney! For the most part we got really lucky on how crowded it was...getting there at opening and getting our top priorities done first really helped and overall the crowds weren't too bad for July, like we were expecting. And like at SeaWorld, the weather was pretty good the whole time too! A couple hot moments but overall pretty great. I was not really looking forward to going in July but we really lucked out :) Definitely not gonna press my luck next time by going in July again but I'm very grateful it was so nice for us! It was an awesome vacation and SUPER fun!
